The Group Coaching Program

Group coaching sessions are heavily interactive, having the format of half presenter style and half mastermind; the best of both worlds! . The coaching meeting is open cam & mic, meaning all participants in the meeting can speak at anytime during half of the meeting, creating a fully collaborative mastermind environment. The first half of the meeting will be a lead by Paul Stinemetz diving deeper into the educational subject matter for the month and providing a collaborative discussion environment.

AMI organizes 12 group coaching meetings over a 6 month period. The group coaching meetings follow the core education webinar training and dives into deeper

subject matters such as lead generation, recommended 3rd party vendors to utilize, shared group resources and penetrating industry insights into the subject matter of the month. Coaching sessions go beyond the core education because it is a collaborative environment, other keynote SMA owners and presenters will be asked to join the group meetings to enhance the quality of content and advice / guidance given during the coaching meetings.

AMI Coaching Meeting Details:

Each coaching meeting is scheduled after the monthly core education webinar training. This ensures non-duplicity of subject matter and allows for deeper conversation into what was covered on the previous webinar.

Aligned topic matters to penetrate into discussions relating to lead generation, recommended vendors, resource sharing, client retention strategies and miscellaneous questions and concerns.

Open cam & mic format for a REAL collaborative group meeting environment. The attendees will be only those who have paid for the AMI Coaching Program and will be able to speak at any time during “open forum” portion of the group meeting.

Co-presenters are recruited to join specific coaching meetings. Co-presenters are selected based on specialized experienced in the education covered that corresponding month.

Meetings are recorded and loaded into the AMI dashboard for future viewing.

Upon Group Coaching Program completion, students are given their own on-going co-mentorship meeting structure and direction so the united group can continue to co-mentor each (for free).

Additional Coaching Group Program Features

AMI Partners hip Matching

As part of the coaching program, AMI offers partnership matching. After nearly a decade servicing over 12,000 marketing agencies, one thing Paul Stinemetz realized was that about 50% of small marketing agencies (SMAs) are heavily sales driven and very talented at producing sales. The sales driven SMAs tend to be overt to consulting and project management.

The other 50% happen to be heavily consulting focused and possess a natural talent for consulting clients and project management. The consulting heavy SMAs tend to lack sales skills and are extremely overt to sales. They would rather hire someone to handle their sales than have to do it themselves. So there exist two very polar types of SMA business owners, however both talents are required to run a successful marketing company.

AMI makes an effort to match together students who compliment each other’s strengths. Partnership strategies are presented and taught during one of the early coaching meetings. AMI does not recommend any partnerships at the shareholder or business ownership level, but encourages creating strategic partnerships that are aligned with revenue sharing agreements.A survey will be given to all students in the AMI Coaching Program who want to participate in the partnership matching effort. Based on survey results and personal coaching meetings with Paul, matching students will be introduced for potential partnership opportunities.

Resource Sharing from Real Practitioners

You would be shocked at the amazing talents so many SMAs have, ranging from consulting skills, software setup knowledge and even boutique marketing services. Having go to contacts that specialize in certain marketing specialties will prove to be invaluable when you run across a client needing that particular service.

You will be aligned with SMAs offering the services you are inquiring about during the group coaching sessions. Not only will you be able to utilize hard to find resources, but if you have a specialty service you provide, then you will be networked in with other students who need your services.

Everyone will run into that client that needs a specialty marketing service and you are not sure how to provide it or who to turn to. There is no need to be searching for your answers along, not only will you have access to Paul Stinemetz, but to an entire group of marketers who most likely can provide you with the direction you need. Not having the right resources leaves you with dismal odds of testing out service provider after service provider only to leave you discourage and your client with empty pockets.

With the AMI coaching program you will never be left clueless or searching for a service when you need it because you will have the entire AMI network and resources of Paul Stinemetz at your fingertips!

Client Co-sharing Referral Introductions

Often times SMAs focus their services on a specific target audience, whether by a particular industry niche, such as dentists, or a particular business model such as franchises. When agencies share the same target market but do not offer competing services, a mutually beneficial relationship is just waiting to happen.

During group coaching meetings, students will be polled to find out their target market and service specialties. If there is an opportunity to formulate a mutual client sharing relationship with another agency, then a formal introduction will be made. For example: Fred focuses on boutique marketing services for accountants. Betty has a client that is an accounting franchise and she builds all their websites but does not offer marketing services. Betty would like to take on more accounting web design clients and Fred would like to take on more accountant marketing clients. Well, you can see where this is going. AMI tries to open every door possible for SMAs who are enrolled in the coaching program and will go the extra mile to give you insider partnerships to keep your sales pipeline full.

Collaborative SMA Long Term Co-Mentorship Group

As is in life, all good things come to an end. Having the opportunity to be coached by an industry veteran, Paul Stinemetz, is indeed a great opportunity and will evolve your business profoundly. However, the group coaching program costs money and not everyone wants to have to continue to pay monthly for access to even the best support group.

AMI recognizes the need for long term coaching without the expense of an AMI coaching program

Students who enroll in the AMI group coaching program will be encouraged to collaborate in a “Co-Mentorship” environment after the initial AMI Group Coaching Program end. Having open lines of communication and co-mentorship will allow SMAs of similar business levels and progress to help each other continue their growth and success. Most likely this will be a private Facebook group, but the exact ongoing “Co-Mentorship” effort will be decided on by the members of the group.

From what we get, we can make a living; what we give, however, makes a life
