Yes, there are services already loaded into the MCMS, but needing to create custom consulting services for a client will always be necessary. How many times have you been in a consultation with a client and you know exactly what they need done, but have no idea how long it would take you to consult or how to organize it as a project. The MCMS system will allow you to create, time estimate and price a NEW consulting service with ease.

One Time and Recurring Billing Automation from Proposal

The proposal builder inside the MCMS will save you a tremendous amount of time when putting together a proposal, but what happens when you have a lead that wants to pay you? Having to create an invoice and send it out is a pain in the butt. Even worse, if you have to create and send out an invoice every month. The MCMS system has billing assistance built into it. Meaning, you can connect your payment gateway to the MCMS and the lead can pay for the proposal with the click of a button. Making one payment is easy to do but what about recurring payments for a specified duration? What if payments every month are a different rate?

When you generate a proposal you will have certain services that are one time services and you will have services that are recurring services.
